KATIE's MINDFUL KITCHEN was founded on the belief that food is medicine.  Combining nutritional science, functional foods, sustainable nutrition, and plant based healing, Katie's passion is helping people nourish the body and mind for optimal health.

> Private Chef-This service is suitable for families looking for extra support with therapeutic menu planning and guidance on healthy eating.  I prepare individualised meal plans based on health needs and preferences.  Meals are prepared at the clients home.

> Kitchen Cleanse- Kickstart your new eating habits by clearing out everything that no longer serves you.  The quickest way to lead to long lasting sustainable eating habits.

 

> Workshops/Wellness Events- I provide healthy plant based catering for yoga workshops/events and gut health workshops.

 

> Retreats-Yoga-Nutrition- Nutritional catering and lead menu designer for yoga and wellness retreats.  Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, sugar free, gluten free.
