The current collapse of health we are seeing across the world right now is a result of our disconnection from Mother Nature, nutrient dense food, community, and food sovereignty. This programme will support you in becoming more resilient in your overall health and is for people who may be concerned about their health or who want to be in an optimal state of health.  Through personalised recommendations I will weave together a programme that incorporates different elements of health including optimising gut health, sleep, plant based diet, exercise, and mindfulness.
